No. By Rotation will never request that renters send a deposit to their lender. If a deposit or payment arrangement is agreed upon directly between the renter and lender, By Rotation is not liable for these costs. Always confirm payment terms directly with the lender.

Who can rent high-value items on By Rotation?

For items with a recommended retail price (RRP) of £1000 or more, only trusted renters are eligible. Trusted renters must have at least three 5-star reviews on the platform. This ensures that high-value items are rented safely and securely.
